Job Description / Responsibility
- Hear Clients, their requests and provide every admissible SUPPORT to the Clients with the guidance of Departmental Head.
- Keep close liaison with the Clients.
- Develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
- Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients.
- Identify, establish and manage relationships across customer and company to ensure long-term business partnership
- Ensure after sales service for customer satisfaction
- Manage existing & new potential customers by personal visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
