 Job Description / Responsibility

• Ability to achieve branch targets and consumer banking revenue targets
• Planning, directing and managing Branch Sales Team for acquiring new businesses
• Organize Sales Promotions in co-operation with other Business Channels
• Ensure cost minimization and maximization of Branch profitability
• Ensure high quality customer services, business development and customer equity
• Ensure effective process and control for preventing Money Laundering in
• line with regulatory requirements

Educational Requirements

Graduation in any discipline (preferably in business; i.e. MBA/ BBA) from reputed universities

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 7 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Minimum seven (07) years of experience in reputed Banks/ Financial Institutions; two (2) years experience in similar role are preferable
• Experience of working in a centralized process & real time online banking will be an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building & people management skills
• Good command over English language and computer
• Geographic mobility and flexibility
