• i. Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• A minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in in managing human resources & general administration at corporate office and factory;
• Good knowledge of local employment legislations and Bangladesh Labor Law 2006.
• Good inter-personal skills developing & motivating people to achieve optimum performance.
• A good knowledge of all specialized HR concepts / tools / systems to educate & support customers with HR best practices.
• ii. Working Relationships:
• Internal: Business unit heads, other managers & staffs in head office and plants;
• External: Concern regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.
