• Minimum 2 years with 1 year of experience in sales & distribution in any reputed MNCs and local companies will be an added advantage
• Required Knowledge & Skills: Refer to required competencies
• Sales Strategy & Planning: Demonstrate basic use of skills of most key components depicted in “operational effectiveness & process management’’ under effective supervision
• Resource Management: Ensure that the most important resources (as depicted in technical competency description) are effectively used to achieve the key business objectives under effective supervision
• Trade Marketing Capability: Ensure POSMs are placed in the right outlets in line with the central direction
• Secondary Supply Chain Management: Ensure consistent availability of the products in the markets through an effective distribution plans
• Information Management: Use all relevant business data, e.g. trade commission report, i’top-up daily balance report, to drive the business forward through taking day-to-day decisions
