IT Support Engineer

Job Description / Responsibility

• installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Hardware maintain & troubleshooting
• Basic Graphics Design
• Troubleshoot LAN problems
• Solving several on the spot problems
• Provide day to day IT support to all employee & staff members and maintain office computer systems
• Compile, maintain, and keep all stock reports, records, and other documents required.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma/ B.Sc in computer science
• Vendor Certification will be preferable

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Hardware Engineer, Graphic Designer, IT System Management
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  IT Enabled Service, Call Center, Computer Hardware/Network Companies

Additional Job Requirements

• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Must have more than 2 years work experience in the relevant field
• Must have fundamental knowledge computer science and application
• Linux basic commands
